Karen has been practicing holistic healing for over 25 years.
She not only gives Reiki sessions, but also is a Reiki Master Teacher. She has improved her skills over the decades by training with the Upledger Institute in CranioSacral Therapy and The Barral Institute to learn visceral manipulation and Lymphatic Drainage. To enhance her myofascial release expertise, she has trained with John Barnes.
Karen has also worked with the late Aminah Rahem, the originator of Soul Lightening, to become certified in Process Accupressure and Clinical Accupressure. She has developed her Psychic/Mediumship abilities while studying with John Holland and offers podium mediumship at local Council on Aging Centers. Karen is also available for private readings and in home parties.
As a lifelong equestrian and horse owner she discovered her horses asked for and enjoyed her work. Therefore, she offers sessions not only to riders but horses as well.
She received her BA in Biology from Regis College.
